SCRUM methodology

Scrum is one of the most popular agile frameworks in use today, it is used to develop complex products and applications in software development.

Scrum methodology is based on iterative and incremental processes, And due to the simple experience I’ve got I recommend following this methodology because it’s fast, flexible, and effective and it’s designed to deliver value to the customer throughout the development of the project, we can just create an initial functional version that we can improve with time.

The development starts from a general idea of what needs to be built, creating a list of characteristics ordered by priority (product backlog) that the owner of the product wants to obtain, creating sprint tickets depending on the user story of the product backlog, then start working in a simultaneous time.

I really recommend following this methodology it’s very effective and a gain of time.
