Boss vs employee
Relations between boss and employee always depend on the boss's attitude and behaviors.
The boss is a leader that can be in a company or sports team or whatever.., a boss can be the owner or just a person who leads.
The boss and employee should look for what will be better for that company and look for how to achieve goals successfully, so as to build a good relationship between the boss and employee a boss actually should not be a boss, he should be a leader that had the skills or the art to get those employees to do things that he wants to be done with a friendly way or somehow and make them want to do that.
So if you are a Boss Don’t be a boss, be a leader, be a friend with your employee or mates. If you are an employer, just do your best!
